AVAILABILITY OF
ZERACIOUS PUPPIES
Zeracious only breed once or twice  a year. We seldom  have puppies available. However, Staffords are  a great passion of ours and we'd  love you to look at our dogs,  or to hear from you....

A WORD OF WARNING:

Take care from whom
you buy your Stafford.

Respectable breeders
have NO  need to pressurised buyers into making a rushed decision, or into making huge payments upfront to secure a pup - respectable breeders want their pups to go to homes where the family is completely ready and happy to receive it... do your homwork and THINK TWICE before you part with your money!

“Someone once said that quality was what no-one could describe but everyone wanted!
Call it class, refinement or whatever, but when you see it, you will recognise it.
It is the difference between a good dog and A GREAT DOG.”

JIM BEAUFOY

BEST OPPOSITE SEX PUPPY
" Very promising black brindle with first class head. Muzzle broad, deep and of correct length in relation to skull of broad and deep proportions. Eyes dark, ears neat and good expression well enhanced by powerful cheek bumps. Neck short and strong. Well placed shoulders ensuring soundness in forehand and front movement. Short in back with well angulated rear quarters. Well developed first and second thighs emphasised by correct bend of stifle".

CHALLENGE CERTIFICATE, BEST IN SHOW & BEST HEAD
"Brindle dog of substance. Very much liked his head and expression. Width of skull in balance with the whole dog, well defined stop, good width and depth of foreface, strong underjaw. Dark, round well placed eyes. Strong bone, without looking overdone, clean shoulders, strong pasterns, fair feet. Nice spring of rib, with good tuck up at waist. Not ultra short in couplings, but level topline and moved with legs parallel fore and aft and economy of front foot action which is so typical of the Breed. A very masculine Dog which won him the top place in the final analysis - CC and BIS as well as Best Head".

CHALLENGE CERTIFICATE & BEST IN SHOW
"I do feel sorry for other exhibits coming up against this dog every time. For me an excellent specimen who is one step above everything else. Won this class, CC and BOB with a bit to spare over some very good exhibits, so not just a dog who stands out in bad company, but also stands out in good company. And, these dogs don’t come along very often. Excellent head shape, well pronounced cheek muscles, neat ears, dark round eye, good fill under the eye, strong muzzle, strength of underjaw, strong well boned front. Feet okay, well padded, depth of brisket , well sprung ribcage, short back, close coupled. Very strong well angulated hindquarters. A dog who I still look at his photographs now weeks after the show. A true Champion. Thank you. ".

"
Brindle, although his teeth are now a bit discoloured he still retains an excellently shaped, strong deep head. Good bone and front, short coupled and squarely built. This was my CC winner last time I was in SA".

BEST VETERAN (4)
"Brindle dog. I had the pleasure in judging him in puppy in 1997. I then gave him first and said what a lovel dog he was at the time. A great joy to go over him now in veteran and so pleased he made Champion. He still looks great.".

BEST VETERAN (2)
"First class brindle and white dog. Very good overall balance. Sound in all departments. Strong and powerful head with well proportioned neck flowing well into top line and shoulders. Good strong ample bone in quarters. Well angulated hindquarters giving strong driving movement".

LESLEY Mc FAYDEN

BEST VETERAN (2)
"What a lovely old man! Very typical Stafford with a powerful underjaw, great weight of bone with terrific head shape and deep through skull. I would have loved to see this dog a couple of years ago in his prime. Very seriously considered in the final line up."

COLIN POWELL
"Bowtman" UK
- Tvl Terrier C 2004

VETERAN DOG (1)
"Black brindle and white. Stood alone but a worthy winner, bang in the standard and well balanced, a kennel that can turn out quality and type, time and time again, the key word here is 'consistency'. A real pleasure to go over their exhibits.
